Individual Service Partner

1. A Individual Service Partner is our service partner that we authorized through a service agreement with us.
2. Every individual service partner is a responsible person of our service as it a person that directly deal with service requester or customer/consumer.
3. Every individual service partner is advised to deal humble to all it's alloted customer/consumer.
4. Never overcharge for any service that might grade down our name in the market.
5. If you feel any bad behave by customer/consumer. We advise to sort the matter humbly or contact us with the matter.

Business Service Partner

1. A Business Service Partner is our service partner that we authorized through a service agreement with us.
2. Every business service partner is a responsible person of our service as it a person that directly deal with service requester or customer/consumer.
3. Every business service partner is strongly advised to look after their employee that are appointed to deal with our customers/consumers.
4. We advise to business service partner to get Individual ID for each before they deal with our alloted calls.
5. Every business service partner is advised to tell us about their employees that they take charges for service.
6. Every business service partner is advised to deal humble to all it's alloted customer/consumer.
7. Never overcharge for any service that might grade down our name in the market.
8. If you feel any bad behave by customer/consumer. We advise to sort the matter humbly or contact us with the matter.
